Meet Jany, a legal trailblazer with an unending drive toward success. Born in Cuba to a distinguished real estate lawyer and a problem-solving engineer turned entrepreneur, she inherited a legacy of brilliance and ambition.
Academics were always Jany’s playground, graduating high school in three years and earning the prestigious Order of Pegasus Award at the University of Central Florida, setting her sights on a remarkable future. Law school unveiled her true calling—immigration law. As an intern for the Office of the Federal Defender, she witnessed the challenges families and businesses faced in navigating the US immigration system.
With her law degree in hand and a real estate license secured, Jany ventured into the REO/foreclosure market, earning respect for her drive and business sense from real estate colleagues.
In 2014, Seibane Law emerged, catering to foreign investors seeking immigration visas, international entrepreneurs looking to establish a US presence, and property owners seeking legal guidance in real estate and business matters. Jany’s clientele expanded to include multinational manufacturers, foreign investors, and domestic corporations with global aspirations. With her passion and expertise, Seibane Law then transformed into SK&A in 2018, a powerhouse in real estate and business law. Even amid the chaos of 2020, it was through Jany’s leadership and vision that SEIBANE DOYLE, PLLC was born. Finally, her goal of crafting a law firm that strips away the excess and focuses on serving a core group of business and real estate market participants was born.
